You can change your Hope Translator plan whenever your services, audience, or languages change. An upgrade adds the new minutes right away. A move to a smaller plan keeps your current minutes until the next billing date, then switches. This guide explains each plan, monthly and yearly billing, and what to do if the plan you want does not show up.
Prices below are in USD. The pricing page shows the amount you will be charged.
Manage subscriptions appears when you are signed in and have a paid plan. Open it from the top menu, or from the menu on the broadcast page. On the pricing page, the button on each paid plan also says Manage subscriptions and opens the same page.
To stop a paid plan, cancel it from that same page. The paid plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for. After that, the account returns to the free plan.
If you already scheduled a downgrade and want to keep your current plan, open Manage subscriptions again, choose Change subscription, and cancel the pending change before the renewal date.
Every paid plan includes real-time transcription, translation, and listening. Plans differ by monthly hours, how many languages your audience can use at once, and how many people can follow on their phones. On Stream Scale and Stream Enterprise, unlimited people can read the translation; a separate limit applies to how many can listen at once.

Use Free to try Hope Translator in a real room before you pay. You get 30 minutes every month and can share with up to 5 people. No credit card is required.
Choose Stream Starter for a small church, a Bible study, or a local gathering with up to 2 languages and a small group listening on their phones. It includes 5 hours a month, 2 languages at the same time, and 10 listeners. A free trial, when one is offered, is on Stream Starter.
Stream Growth is the plan we recommend for a congregation that translates every week. Your audience can use up to 5 languages, and up to 50 people can listen. On the pricing page, use the arrows on the Growth plan to pick the hours you need:
Stay on Growth when you need more hours and 5 languages and 50 listeners are enough.
Choose Stream Scale for larger events that need unlimited concurrent languages and unlimited readers (up to 100 listening at once). It includes 5 hours a month, and you can buy Translator Credits to keep translating after included time runs out ($99.99/month or $840/year). A large church or a community-wide event is the usual fit.
Choose Stream Enterprise for conferences and high-capacity broadcasts: 50 hours a month, unlimited concurrent languages, unlimited readers (up to 1,000 listening at once), and Translator Credits for overages ($499.99/month or $4,000/year).
Contact us when you need more than 1,000 listeners, custom hours, or billing the plans above do not cover. That includes priority onboarding for a large organization.

The pricing page has a Monthly and Yearly switch. Yearly billing costs about 30% less than paying the monthly price for twelve months. The page shows the yearly total, the monthly equivalent, and the amount you save.
Choose monthly when you are still testing a paid plan, your schedule changes month to month, or you expect to change plans soon. You pay each month and can switch at the next decision point.
Choose yearly when you translate on a regular schedule — a weekly church service, a school term, or recurring meetings — and you want the lower price. You pay for the year up front.
A change that adds hours, languages, or listeners applies immediately, whether you pay monthly or yearly. A change to a smaller plan starts at the next billing date.
An upgrade is a move to a plan with more hours, more languages, or a larger audience.
When you upgrade:
That is why an upgrade is the right move when you need a lasting increase in hours, languages, or audience size. The extra capacity is there as soon as the change completes.
If you are already on Stream Scale or Stream Enterprise and only need more time for this month, you can buy Translator Credits instead of upgrading. Credits are used only after your included hours run out and never expire. Open the Translator Credits checkout from the pricing page or buy Translator Credits.
A downgrade is a move to a smaller or less expensive plan. That includes switching to fewer hours, fewer languages, a smaller audience, or a lower price.
When you downgrade:
This is expected. The account keeps showing the plan you are on today until the renewal date, even after you have already chosen a lower plan.
This is a common case: you meant to pick a different plan, the upgrade went through, and you now want a lower one. The extra minutes from the upgrade are already on the account, and the previous plan’s unused time has already been partially refunded.
To move down:
Choosing the lower plan schedules the change. Today’s plan, and its minutes, stay in place until the renewal date.
If the lower plan is missing from Change subscription, the account cannot move there from the plan you are on. Contact us with the plan you have now and the plan you want. We will set the right plan. Keep using the subscription you already have.
If the new period has started and the minutes still do not match the plan you chose, contact us the same way. Include the email on the account and the date you made the change.
On Stream Scale and Stream Enterprise, buy Translator Credits for extra live-translation minutes after your included hours run out:
That is the best path when a busy month or a one-off conference would otherwise force an upgrade you do not need year-round.
Contact us if none of the plans match how you translate. Tell us your typical service length, how many languages you need at once, and how many people read or listen. We will recommend a plan, Translator Credits, or custom hours and billing.
